Address Book Plus can dial many kinds of phone numbers automatically from either the application or the Desk Accessory. In order to use the dialing feature, you need to do these things:
• Enter the general information you need to make
a phone call in the Dialing Preferences dialog
box. See the subtopic, “Dialing Preferences.”
• Enter the number correctly in the Data Entry
dialog box. See the subtopics, “Entering phone
numbers” and “Entering extensions.”
• Select the entry and choose the commands for
dialing a phone number. See the subtopics,
“Dialing a phone number” and “Dialing an
extension.”
